Products

How do I choose the right size for me?

Each product has a dedicated size guide that you can consult in the item sheet. If you are undecided, we recommend comparing the measurements with a similar item that you already own.

Are items restocked once they are sold out?

It depends on the product. Some items are part of limited collections and will not be restocked. We recommend that you sign up for the newsletter to stay updated on any restock.

Can I request customization on an item?

We do not currently offer customization, but we are considering introducing this service in the future.

Orders and Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

We usually ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method chosen.

Can I change an order after I've placed it?

If your order has not been processed yet, we can change or cancel it. Write to us as soon as possible via the contact section indicating your order number.

Do you also ship abroad?

Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery costs and times may vary depending on the destination country.

Returns and Assistance

Can I return a product if I don't like it?

Sure. You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it. The product must be unused and in its original condition.

How do I request a size exchange?

We do not currently do direct exchanges. We recommend that you return and place a new order for the correct size.
